  I went in to take a lien on my car and got approved for way more then I thought I would. It was fast easy and painless. The people are nice and friendly and easy to talk to. I called and had a few questions and got answers without hesitation.

  Approved for money I never received. Kim (a rep) he was very rude. Never got to speak with management when I asked to be transferred. Got the run around for 4 hours.

  They are like family..work with you if you need extra time and understanding of those with disabilities and hardships..they do not have high interest rates as title loans and very much care if you just explain your needs..wonderful staff on Harry and Near Hillside..i had medical issues and they listened as I cried..very professional..be honest and they will help you ALL the way..
