  This place is a joke. I’m sitting outside for I don’t know how long with a check in my hand to pay off my loan. But the lady will not answer the phone or let me in. She comes to the door looks at me wipe the door down and goes back in and locks the door. I understand it’s Covid time. But you have time to come and wipe the door down but not answer the phone. Or knowledge that I’m trying to give you a check.

  Anytime your dealing with Credit and financing it can be very intimidating and scary. Checking credit ,your personal business. Feeling of judgement those are the thoughts I always have. Even though every situation is unique. It took them less than 2 hours to completely get everything I needed. Crystal was Amazing friendly . Especially during this pandemic and the limitations. #1 on my list 20 Stars

  Kristen & Shiree are the most awesome employees at Lendmark. They are prompt at getting our car loans financed, and will answer and respond to us in real time, which is so not like other bankers... Would give them 10 Stars if I could, and would like to recommend them to anyone who values the human connection brought back into banking...
