  Bryce was wonderful terrific customer service good etiquette knows how to multitask, although… he is new to the area and to the office in my opinion he should be promoted or at least recognize for his awesome work and dedication.

  I tried to get a car loan yesterday. Submitted my application online the day before. MS Robbie told me personally she would get back to me by the end of the day. Never called. This morning she calls me and tells me I'm not approved but my income is suffient enough even though she said otherwise. I wish she would have called me back yesterday to let me know so that away I could go and fix up the car I have now versus her waisting my time thinking I was gonna be approved. She got my hopes up for nothing. Oh and I've finances a car through them before and made on time payments and payed my car off too. So the reason for no approval is beyond me🤷

  Not what they lead you to believe.I have a loan. The payment is 228.00 a month. 176.goes to interest and the remainder goes to principle. At this rate which is not what I understood the rate to be it will take me 8 more years to pay off this loan...I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to get stung like I did and get hung up in this type loan what ever it is. I've never heard of a loan where over 75% of the payment goes to interest...This should be illegal.

  I have never in 28 years in the business seen a company handle getting issues resolved by these folks.. I want you to keep in mind that this is a manager at this place by the name if Lee that we ask to fax over someones gap form stating that they will have a 0 balance.. 4 hours later and 3 phone calls still nothing yet and say that they are busy...wow.. Miss one payment with these folks watch them stop what they are doing to make a call.. I now see why sop many folks hate to have to use them for financing.. On top of this Tim got unbusy just to say he do not like me talking to the ladies in a rude way which was not true...The sad part about it is that this customer has been with me here all this time....

  Loansharks. Stay away from these people. They are a bunch of thieves. Paying them what you owe is the deal. But seems they got the power to get some extra out of you.
