  Before the pandemic rude and during the pandemic rude. Even when I paid them off on a salvage car that I found out was only worth $500. My payoff amount kept going up. This place is a legalized long shark. I can't remember the car dealership name but they are a rip off too. If you can find someone else please do so. Please lendmark learn how to treat clients better and if you appreciate your customers show them. Without us as your customers you will not have a job. We were in need of a car but lendmark made our lives very uneasy. How are they still in business

  Upon applying for a loan here this company asked for all my business then lied and said I did meet the approval after I called her to see if she received all my information. Not to mention this was 10 days after Scarlett was supposed to process my information. Then she implies something about my personal business that she felt would disqualify me for the loan so I don’t even think she even sent it to whoever she was supposed to to have it approved.She is the worst.

  I WAS SCAMMED!!! 😭😭😭😭They do not sell good reliable cars. I found out after the fact that They sold me a car that came from the flood in New Bern NC. They do not disclose any issues with the vehicles they finance. They do business with CHRISTOPHER WOODBURY (Ride Away Motors) of Florence sc. The car's car fax was not updated until 2 months after purchasing the vehicle. Starting price was $4500 after financing the price was $13000!!!! I paid for unemployment insurance but when I became unemployed Brandi (Florence SC Branch Manager) said the insurance didn't apply to me. During the pandemic I have been harassed constantly 🙃 😪. They offer refinancing but im never approved 😔 and they run your credit multiple times without consent. Brandi the branch manager is extremely rude. They try forcing banking information before the dates that you agree upon. Just the other day I was treated rudely by Brandi. She hung up on me and spoke nastily to me. We made a payment arrangement for the 15th and have been harassed everyday since. Also they are selling cars with branded titles and not fully explaining the meanings. It was never disclosed to me that this was a flood vehicle. Kelly Blue book and NAFTA says my vehicle is worth less than $500 it is barely tradeable. Also I've had to pay for constant structure repairs for the vehicle due to the FLOOD DAMAGE that was EXPERTLY HIDDEN. Brandi and her team members are also pocketing money for these shady practices with Mr. Woodbury. They do everything to cover themselves but will leave their customers high & dry. LENDMARK FINANCIAL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THEIR SHADY PRACTICES.

  This company is extremely disrespectful and are not helpful at all. Terrible customer service, just horrible service all together. They do not care that we are in a pandemic. They only want to overcharge and repo cars. They are ridiculous. NO ONE should buy a car through them. Especially not with Brandy, she is the WORST branch manager in Florence, SC. Absolutely terrible company! I wish i could leave 0 stars!

  They are working with special opt Auto to finance trash cars to customers. They are working together to scam people especially Brandi, Shameka. NEVER do business with them run from them ‼️‼️Only had my car for 2 months and a couple of days and the motor went out.... then she asked did I get the car checked before I bought it ...... I was also told by Brandi that she could pay for the motor to get fixed and add it on to my loan and I called her back the next day to see weather she could still do that she lied and said she never said that she said that should would try to add it on to my loan. And they keep reporting payments as late I’m not making a payment on something that I can’t drive. These people are crazy !!

  Horrible and unprofessional! Due to the pandemic of Covid-19 deferments were offered we filled out ours April 6th and they instead of putting it through called and tried to get us to refinance when we declined mutilple times! Thanks to them failing to process the deferment they now have a late fee on my account! Now if I qualified to borrow more money then I definitely qualified for the deferment! Only ignorant PEOPLE would borrow more money when they're without income. We've been waiting for the branch manager to get back in touch with us since we made May's Payment on the 8th yet to receive a call! Will never again do business with this loan shark company! Wish I'd never got the stupid thing to begin with!

  They only get one star because they allowed me to finance my car with them. But every since it's been horrible service. I got into an accident and my car was totaled in October which I had gap. From that day until now I've been getting calls and letters about my bill not getting paid. Not only did Ernestine have my paperwork on her desk she told me that is going to my credit and she had no care. So here I am making complaints because still yet they're telling me I haven't paid my car payment. Its January so imagine where my credit score stands with this

  Just called them to make sure that they were gonna pick of the car and Brandi was still very rude and nasty. Talking about yes we have the address and it’s gonna take time and also I didn’t like that comment you made. The truth is welcome and also everyone is in titled to there own opinion. Again I say never do business with them again run from them‼️‼️
