  These ladies at the McDonough office were very nice and helpful. I was helped by a worker named Tea. She was very nice, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this business. They gave me an affordable payment.

  Lendmark Financial went above and beyond to help us finance a car with a low monthly car payment. They are ALWAYS polite on the phone and in person. The interest rate is a little steep, however given a lot of factors, it was expected (getting a car payment for less than $200/ month is unheard of without some compromise). They've helped several ways to make sure the payments are able to be made, and were also able to help with lowering the monthly payment (After a year of payments, they were able to take that 212/ month and it became 171/month) .

  Totally ghetto. This isn't how financial business is supposed to be conducted. Its bad enough that Lendmark is only one step up from being loan sharks; its even worse when the company's reps are rude and dismissive. Lendmark is a real ripoff. The rates are high and they nickle and dime you on the fees, which can really rack up over time.

  Extremely poor customer service. I called this morning at 8:30AM regarding my account, and the woman stated she just got in and would need to call me back “in a few”. This was an urgent matter for me, and after another 2 hours I called back and was basically told she was too busy to help me, maybe she could call me back today, maybe not. Here we are at 3PM and no call back. Complete trash. Disappointed.

  Avoid this Lender at all cost..no communication and Very rude represenative Candy! Jump thru hoops even with a fair credit score! Sent info as requested and it wasn't good enough..lost my business thru Southern RV company..added costs that are not mentioned.

  Asked several questions about the approval requirements my bankruptcy was just shy of their requirements the loan rep told me they would over look the discharge being just shy of 2 yrs due to the fact my credit score and income was high enough and I was using a car to secure the loan after they did a hard hit on my credit I was told I was denied for the vary reason I asked about and was told it wouldn’t be an issue now I have a inquiry and I’ve dropped 8 points because of their lies and poor customer service don’t waste your time with these criminals
