  Ms Charlene was extremely personable and helpful even though just starting with the company. I’ll believe she will be a great asset to them. She really seems to pick up very quickly. I would have never known she was new if it were not for her not having all of her credentials just yet for the final step in the process. It’s always a great experience here. I was having financial troubles after a house fire and they helped me greatly.
