  I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed Lending Deck to make sure everything ended up working out well. 6 months later I can safely give them 5 stars - we refinanced with cash out on a real estate investment and got an excellent rate with no income requirements. We worked with Ricardo and Ryan and found them WAY more knowledgeable, personable and quicker than anyone at a typical bank or loan company. Highly recommend.

  Andrew was super helpful during the process of this acquisition. This was the second deal I worked with Andrew on, after the first one fell threw unexpectedly.   I got my loan through LendingDeck! At first I was very anxious about applying through them since it wasn’t my local lender. As a self-employed individual I was limited with my loan options, but I decided to take a chance! At first I worked with Andrew Kiblin. He was very formative! He introduced me to their process. Once I made my decision I began to work with Ryan Perry. Ryan was very professional and quick to answer any questions. He made this process smooth and stress-free!   Just finalized my first hard money loan with Lending Deck working with Andew. The entire process was great and Andrew was fantastic to work with. Andrew explaing the specifics of the loan with expertise and was always available to answer any of the my questions. I felt like I was given all of the support I needed during the process and I'm sure I'll use Lending Deck again for future hard money loans.

  Andrew with Lending Deck is one of the best brokers I've ever worked with. This was a difficult closing on an investment property that took way longer than it should have. Through out the process, Andrew kept up a good communication stream and helped me work through each issue. Update: 2nd closing with Lending Deck complete, 3rd is imminent. Andrew and Ryan are a great addition to any team that is trying to get deals closed. Communication is top notch and their focus on getting the loans closed as quickly as possible gives them an edge when it comes to customer service.
