  Giving this Lender a 5 Star, here are my reasons why. I worked with Joseph and Staff. They where excellent, Joseph is a straight shooter, and out of all the other lenders I dealt with; he and his team where the best. Honest opinions, but not only that. He took his time to talk to me about my options and problem solve with me as we exhausted every avenue before making a final financial choice. I'm not an easy customer to deal with and my wife and I do have to think through these sort of decisions. That's when Joseph shined the most, patience and honesty are his great qualities. Truly appreciate the position we are in now, and the large amount of savings is incredible to me. Great experience, patience, honesty and making this refinance easy. I highly recommend them and find out for yourself.

  Finding Joseph was the BEST thing that could have happened to my entire family. We initially contacted him while looking to buy our first house, he made the whole thing SO easy for us, we were expecting it to be so much more stressful.   My husband and I bought our house at a decent interest rate a little over a year ago. When rates fell we wanted to try and take advantage therefore we connected with a mortgage broker we knew at a larger bank. She was actually very unhelpful and told us to wait a little bit. I felt like we could not wait as rates would go back up. I was referred to Joseph Zanazan at LendingBridge through a family friend and he qualified us within a couple days. The process was easy and smooth with Joseph always available for answers to our questions or just making sure everything in the process was meeting our needs.   Albert Hosip was very thorough, responsive, and timely in handling my refinancing. I raised numerous concerns throughout the process, each of which he clarified immediately. I got a really good rate and the fees were competitive, which is why I ultimately decided to switch from Wells Fargo.

  My loan officer Alex and processor Albert did an excellent job on my refinance. They had great follow through and did what they said they would. They minimized excess paperwork and did as much of the work so I wouldn't have to.
