  My husband and I purchased a dental practice earlier this year and we couldn’t have been happier with the service from Lendeavor. Not only did we get a great rate, but Morgan was an awesome asset for us throughout the whole process. They were very thorough and always available for questions or help. Rayla was our closing officer and she was absolutely critical to the whole process, she even worked after hours to get our deal done when there was a hiccup on the seller’s side. Can’t recommend them enough!

  Lendeavor is hands down the best lending institution I have ever dealt with. I can say that with experience because before I was put in touch with Lendeavor for my start up dental practice, I applied with over half a dozen other banks. All of the others make you just feel like a number, make the application process difficult to nearly impossible, or don't give you everything you need to start. With Lendeavor they look at you as an individual and the application was a breeze. After a few pages of paperwork, a couple days later I received a call from James saying I was approved for my total loan amount and they were matching the lowest interest rate of any competitor. After 9 months of dealing with Lendeavor I could not be happier with my decision to use them as my lender. Andrew is always there to answer any questions I have immediately, and they are flexible with there terms as long as you talk to them. I can not say that is ever true with the big banks. Andrew even stops by grab bite to eat when he's here on the east coast just to chat and hang out! Highly recommend them to any dentist looking for a loan. In fact I have referred other dentists who have used them and they share my same experience. Forget about the small local banks that want a 100 pages of paperwork filled out, or the big banks that just look at you as number and see what Lendeavor can do for you. They make the process seamless, easy, and personalized!

  I’m a dentist in the Sacramento area. I wanted to double the size of my practice and lendeavor was suggested to me by a friend. So glad I went with them instead of one of the big banks. They did things for me that no one was willing to do. So glad I made that choice.
