  I was so blessed to have Julio as my agent in 2020. In the middle of a pandemic I was very skeptical about buying a home but Julio was very patient & assured me to take my time.   We listed our house with Julio, planning to stay in California until it sold. But a job opportunity on the east coast came up unexpectedly and we moved. With no family on the west coast, we turned EVERTYTHING over to Julio. He found us a buyer and worked through the entire process for us. The home inspection found a problem that needed fixed, and Julio made the arrangements and took care of everything. We signed remotely and that was it. He is completely trustworthy, with unquestionable integrity.
