  We are grateful for our refinance loan with Lenda. We were shopping for a less term/rate and Erica was quick to meet our needs as well as assure us she could offer us a better rate than the competitor we were currently shopping with. She certainly did that and we were not disappointed with her promise. Between Erica and Lily, gathering the paperwork was an absolute breeze and communication was over and above. They truly exceeded our expectations and were both readily available when we had questions about the application process and what was needed to close. We did close within the time specified with the rate Erica promised.

  I completed a refinance through this company recently and I was 100% thrilled with the entire process. Erica, Lily, Laura and Kaiye were on it every step of the way. Every question I had, Erica got back to me right away. There was a snag that I was afraid would throw everything off but they worked with me to come up with a solution to make it work. I am completely satisfied with everything. The online process was so easy. I was able to submit all documents on my own time, after work, rather than trying to get time off to meet with someone. I would definitely recommend Lenda to friends or family. I was kept up to date the entire time and the loan closed on time. It would have closed even sooner than expected if not for the snag I mentioned which was no fault of theirs. Thanks to the whole team!

  The online interface is very easy to use. Loan officers and processors are efficient, with good communication. There was a brief delay on their part and they were prepared to take responsibility for loan extension costs if necessary, but in the end the loan closed without incident in time. Seems like a lot of the problems mentioned in early reviews a couple of years ago are not applicable anymore. Would use again.

  I had read several good reviews of Realti (Lenda) and opted to see if they could refinance my house with a small cash out option. I went to their site, created an account, filled out the form, and ran the check to see what they could offer. I received a positive response that there were several options. I was assigned a loan advisor with contact information who sent an email welcoming me. Great start! Then things started to go downhill. They had in an incorrect phone number that I corrected in email to both of the contacts that I was aware of at that time. I spoke to the CSR and then the loan advisor at different times over the next couple of weeks. They both kept saying they were having issues with my contact info even after I had sent it in email and explained while on the phone with them. Apparently, the updated information never made it into the system and my emails were not read. On a call with the loan advisor we discussed what Realti (Lenda) could do for me and I let them know that I was also talking to other potential sources for my refi. After hearing the rate that they could offer, I checked their site to find a lower rate than what I was just told being available. When I advised the loan advisor of this he said he would talk to his lockdesk to see what was going on. After hearing nothing for a week, I reached out to him. He responded to say that the site was incorrect and that they were unable to update it. He than followed up to say that they could not provide a FHA refinance at all. This entire process took 23 days for them to run credit checks, review my personal information, provide information, and such. And at the end, they were unable to provide anything. If they had said that at the beginning I would have understood and moved on. But the entire experience was frustrating: wasted time, poor follow-up, lack of knowledge, lack of caring, badly run website, and incompetent representatives. Would I recommend this company to anyone or attempt to use them again? No. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. UPDATE - No contact from anyone. Not that I really expected any follow up based on my experiences with Lenda (Realti). Just wanted to note the disenguity and poor communication.

  We had a very rough start due to issues both in and out of Lenda's control. The journey wasn't smooth, but in the end Lenda/Reali put forward a great deal of effort to understand what went wrong and how they could improve it. At the beginning of the process I would never have done business with them again. At this point, I would without hesitation.

  Don’t use this company. They made me jump through hoops to pride all kinds of documents. I dropped everything I was doing to provide the requested information. I have a paid off rental, a primary home with 45% equity, 100k liquid cash in the bank. I run a 1.7 million dollar company. All my credit cards are paid off and all my cars are paid off. I wanted to refi to a 15year with no cash out. They denied my refi because I co- signed on my employees lease so she would have roof over her head.

  I talked to this person named Kaiye. He patiently explained to me the process of buying a property. Since it’s my first time buying a house. He referred me to David. I provided all the documents that he told me to prepare ahead of time. I got my pre-approval letter right away. The process was very fast. Highly recommended if you are trying to buy a property and don’t have anyone to go to. Thank you LENDA!

  Our experience started out very poor, but they are making a concerted effort to address our concerns. In the end they went above and beyond to make things right, even helping us through some problems we caused. They genuinely care about their customers.
