  Just used them to close on my first home purchase. Initially worked with Scott - whose quickness, adeptness and confidence at working with tons of lenders in town - is what appealed to me. That was on top of really hearing my financial goals and finding me a solid pick for a mortgage. They even went to bat for me when the seller had other offers to consider, extolling my financial virtues to the seller's team. When escrow opened, Scott had a family matter and Arash slipped into Scott's spot seamlessly. He answered every question, big and small, even late at night when my brain was being loud and overactive (seems I'm not the only homebuyer plagued with this malady). I was bummed that interest rates crept higher, but would do all of this again with the pros at New American Funding.
