  Brent Honshell and his team at Palmetto Mortgage are great! They are very communicative during the home buying process. Their app makes it super easy to go through the loan application process and track what stage your loan is in while it is being processed. During my purchase we ran into some potential delays because our builders were behind in sending paperwork, but Brent and his team worked extra hard to make sure the delays were minimal. Highly recommend especially if you’re looking for a local lender in Greenville, SC.

  I just closed on my new home and as a first time homebuyer I cant believe how smooth of a process I had with the Palmetto Group. While I primarily only worked directly with Brent and Zane, their entire team went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They answered questions quickly and took the time to explain things in detail so I was clear on the process and what to expect. They have an app platform that is easy to use and keeps you notified and on top of your entire application and loan process. I highly recommend working with them!

  Unbelievable easy process. As with any large purchase there is an appropriate amount of paperwork involved. Almost all of the process I was able to handle on my smartphone with the app. The team at Palmetto Mortgage Group was very friendly and courteous. They were there every step of the way encouraging me to ask questions and address concerns. I would recommend them to any member of my family or friends without hesitation! Great, great experience!!!
