  I've used this place a few times. They are usually pretty helpful. I went today to pick up my trailer plates after getting a letter in the mail saying they were in. The young girl who was working today was very disrespectful. She first argued that they don't send out letters to people. As she was looking I was taping my wallet on the counter and she assumed I was rushing her. She said don't tap that's not helping me find your plates any faster. I told her I wasn't in a hurry. She said again they only send out letters if they send your plates back because you let them sit here to long. So she said let me call someone I don't normally work here. After the phone call she was informed they do send out letters. While on the phone she was speaking indirectly at me stating oh the letters must be for people that don't want to pick there plates up. After the phone call she found my plates. Imagine that. Never an apology though for speaking to me like she did. Somebody didn't teach her to respect her elders and customers of the currency I liked going to. I did apologize to her though for inconveniencing her to do her job.

  Mr. Pattison Thank you for making me aware of the issue that you had at our location. As a district manager I can verify that our locations do not normally mail customer notices reminding them of their plate/sticker pick up. Because of the notice mailing, your plates were in different location than our current work. I am sorry that the teller could not locate them for you in a timely manner without having to make a call to determine where they were filed. I also apologize for your impression of disrespect on the cashier's part. I hope you will continue to allow us to help you with any future business.

  I don't know why all the bad reviews.. I went in there today The lady was very courteous kind and very helpful. She helped me with my license place situation when other currency exchanges could not... Thank you very much

  I have had always had good transactions with them. They are a convenient place to get a money order or a license plate sticker. Way faster than the DMV.

  Disgusted. Waited in line for 45 min for her to tell me she doesn't do titles after 5:30pm. And it was literally 5:31pm. Waste of time. Will not be going back to this place. Lady at the counter can kick rocks.

  Worst currency exchange in the county. DO NOT COME HERE. you will be here for 30 Mins. They sit on there cell phone and talk to people and when a customer comes in they just out the phone on speaker and carry on with there conversation and allow there personal call to hear everything that’s being said. I asked her to hang up the phone and take care of customers and she says to mind my own business and just proceeded to turn the phone over like I didn’t see she’s still in a phone call. Can’t even believe what happened. 10-01-18 4:40pm.

  I normally do not write reviews but I need to share my experience. I went in on 5/7/19 to switch a title and get plates for a vehicle I purchased. On the receipt I received it stated 4-6 wks for title and 6-8 wks for plates. On 6/17, 6 wks later, I checked SOS website to see the status of my title and plates. No record found. So I called SOS and they had no record of the vin number. Called currency and was told don’t worry the SOS has it but it’s stuck in Quality Control and proceeded to go on and on to convince me it was SOS fault. Was told it’ll be at least another 4 weeks because they are so slow. Hmmm surprisingly 5 days later my paperwork was received at the SOS. Just enough time for the currency to mail it. I don’t mind waiting but what I do mind is being lied to!! If I wouldn’t of called who knows how long it would of sat there.

  I wish I can give this zero stars my fiance and I went here to cash his work check... It's a currency exchange right? Im not sure as to why they told him he had to live in the area just to cash his check they didn't even want to call and verify that the check belongs to him... he also works in the same area as his job.. We both were confused.. But has anyone been here with the same problem? We live in Indiana but that's beside the point he has been to currency exchanges around the area to cash his check and NEVER had a problem!!! I'm not pulling the racist card but it was very obvious.. Smh

  I would give no stars. Went in to exchange my Chinese Yens from my Shang Hai trip and they said they wouldn't do it because there's too many different kinds of currency which I believe is uttered nonsense because with all the technology these days, there is no reason why they wouldn't be able to exchange it. Secondly, the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude. When I asked why she was being rude she told me to stop being "cocky". Excuse me? I am the customer coming in for a service so therefore you have no right to treat people that way. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service and the attitude of the employee I spoke to was just despicable.

  Tried calling them to check for notary services multiple times and they never picked up the phone. Unprofessional business.

  Just dont loose your time. Not professional and you will get their services only if they will not refuse you!! Out of business!!!
