  RUN, do not walk from Leland Smith if you are needing small business health care coverage. Very poor communication and execution of services. They are glad to take your money, but ignore your needs and issues. We shouldn't have to chase them down to resolve problems that should never have happened in the first place. What a nightmare.

  Upon my return to Van Wert I needed insurance for my home and car. Leland Smith's great team was one of several I researched. Hands down. They got me the best coverage for the best price. The cost was very competitive. The best part is Leland's highly personable team. Always friendly, very focused and cheerful. It's obvious they are appreciated by the company.
