  Rons reviews are mixed. Here's why; Ron Raynor hires notaries across the US to do work for him. That work is most likely done well and on time. However, when you don't pay the people who do tasks for you, you end up with reviews like this one. One of the biggest problems with this business is that it runs off of personal relationships and trust. When you hire a notary, you trust that he/she will show up on time, complete the signing, and get the documents scanned back and shipped appropriately. Ron violates that trust. He doesn't hold up his end of the bargain. He avoids emails regarding payment of his notaries. Don't work with Ron, he's a scam artist- plain and simple.

  This is the absolute WORST signing company I've ever encountered. I performed a Loan Signing service for this company back in May and have yet to receive payment for my services. Aside from that, the caustic owner Ray Raynor is unorganized and unresponsive. I had to email Mr. Raynor over 10 times and call him over 15 times from May - October to receive payment for my services. For any notaries, customers, or loan signing agents, please stray away from this company, as they are unprofessional and a disorganized mess.

  Worked with this signing agency a while back. My payment was 30 days late and was probably only paid because I had to call the title agency myself. My terms agreed were 30 day payment. The scheduler/owner was slow to return emails and never apologized. I would not work with this agency again and would advise clients to be careful when using this service.

  PLEASE USE CAUTION! If they ever call you to do a notary or loan signing, do a research first before accepting business with them. They do not pay on time until you will find a way how to make them pay for the service you have provided. Ron Raynor at Lejeune Notaries (the owner) surfs the Internet to find new notary public or loan signing agents. Perhaps no more notaries like to do business with him for nonpayment of dues. It can take more days and months to make him pay for your service. Just keep digging until you reach it. I will never accept business with him anymore.

  Ron Raynor of Lejeune Notary is racking up points- in the fraudulent business practices department. RON WILL NOT PAY & will not respond to emails. Shady tactics. No business ethics. When you answer my emails or decide to remit payment for my services I would be happy to modify this review.

  Ron was great. All I needed done was my gun permit/mental illness paperwork done and he did it no problem. Just make sure you bring cash with you if you do not want to withdraw $20 from an ATM for a small service.

  Awful to do business with and extremely unprofessional. Will not pay and comes up with excuses everytime you talk with him. He should not have this type of business and he has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

  This company does not pay you when you complete an assignment. I completed an assignment on 6/12/19 & still have not receive payment as of date. BEWARE THEY DO NOT PAY FOR YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!

  Extremely slow at paying the notaries he hires. Gets tiresome trying to get paid. 3 months is ridiculous for payment.

  Always there on time when I need him. Very professional guy towards me. Everything done in a timely manner
