  Leap cut us the best possible deal on credit card transaction fees and has KEPT it that way for several years. I've seen _slightly_ better rates, but only with pushy, obnoxious salespeople who don't leave me feeling very confident that those rates will last. Leap's customer service is outstanding and very fast. And they throw in some bonus services for free like PCI compliance which was a huge headache for me before we signed up with Leap. Transition to their terminals and set up was seamless.

  We have been with Leap Payments for several years and have always had great technical support and competitive rates. Card terminals are priced affordably and work reliably. As we've grown from a single store to two stores, Leap Payments has been one of our best and favorite vendors.

  Excellent credit card processing! Very much there for us. Much better than any of the other systems I've worked with. Still it's credit card processing. Can't get to 5 stars, but these guys do a much better job and I'm happy to refer.

  They are very professional and have resolved any issues and concerns as they arise. Their support has been most helpful in maintaining our equipment and programing. Their rates are very competitive and I recommend them.

  We have had several processors over 20 years but Leap is the best hands down. The staff is responsive, the rates are fantastic and we could not be happier with the services they provide.

  I have been extremely pleased with Leap payments so far. My previous processor left me sitting for over a week with no way to process credit cards. I contacted Leap and within 3 days I was up and running, and they stayed in touch throughout the entire process.

  Honest and transparent company, my rep took the time to explain the details of the account and exactly how I could save money vs. our current processor. Refreshing to find a company in merchant services who cares, and they answer their phones immediately and are always are ready to help.

  stay away from this merchant for the god sake. I have talked to the guy named Steve, sales guy look like he is owner as well. He is a LIAR. He told me it will be month-to-month contract but turned out 2 years contract with termination fee of $195 while I still had to pay for the terminal for $160. He told me there will be no hidden fees but turned out bunch of hidden fees like ASSOC COMP on the 1st statement. When I canceled it , the company just charged 195 from my bank account without my permission. These guys are really robbers. Be carefully when talking with Steve , he will bait you and switch . I told him to put everything in writing but he refused to do so.

  Duong - I'm very sorry that you feel misled, we work very hard to make sure that our merchants know what they are paying so your comments do not reflect our thousands of other merchant's experience. Your fees were in writing on your application, with nothing hidden. I spoke with Steve about your account and he was gracious to provide you with his cell phone number, which you abused by calling him repeatedly after hours and on weekends trying to get a better rate. We matched every rate that you received even though those providers were not being fully transparent and they were charging excessive annual fees and such. I hope you found a processor who can meet your needs, unlike other processors we don't make promises that we can't keep and offer the only Lifetime Rate Lock in the industry, so our rates never increase. Please keep a close eye on your monthly statement and you'll see that we never charged you a termination fee, and that your current processor will likely increase your rates in a few months.
