  Being a first time home buyer was a nerve-racking experience but Leanne and her team helped make the process very easy for us. Their knowledge and response time was fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a mortgage!

  I'm proud to be the first review because Leanne Via and her team deserve the highest of marks. Leanne, Neil and the rest of the Fairway Team were fantastic to work with. We had to switch lenders midstream with only a few weeks before closing and Leanne promised we'd make our closing date if we switched to Fairway. She was right! Throughout the process Leanne and Neil were professional, prompt, highly-communicative and very thoughtful. We even received a "Welcome Home" card and gift in the mail. I can't recommend Leanne enough - in fact we've already recommended them to our parents and a friend. If you're looking for a professional, customer-service oriented, dare I say compassionate mortgage firm, look no further!

  Leanne was fanstastic to work with from start to finish. She and her team, especially Neil, helped my husband and I with the mortgage process for our first home together. Leanne made sure to understand our entire financial picture and also guided us through the process. They were thorough, on time with everything they promised when they the promised, and truly pleasant and fun to work with. That being said, as much as you like someone, business really is business. We did shop around a little bit, but we found that Leanne was able to get us the best interest rate. So it was a win win. I can not say enough good things about Leanne. We will only work with her with any other future home purchases and would recommend working with her to all of our friends and family! Thank you so much Leanne and Neil!

  We decided to get our first mortgage through Fairway based on a recommendation by a family friend. From start to finish, Leanne and her team were friendly, supportive, attentive and efficient. Every question or concern we had was answered literally within a couple of hours. They never left us hanging and always kept us in the loop! Their app is very user friendly and made sending in all of our documents a breeze. We truly could not have had a better, more painless experience thanks to the rock stars at Fairway.

  Mortgage companies are always known to only "want your money" but I have never felt as much loved, and cared for by Leanne and her team. Especially for young couples like my husband and I, Leanne walked with us and advised us gently and so kindly through all of our troubles. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

  Leanne, Dom, and Neil quickly became some of my favorite people while working me through the purchase of my first home. They had so much patience with me and explained everything so effortlessly. They responded quickly, and had everything in order, so that I was actually able to settle a week early. They even took the time to land some good jokes in our communications which is great customer service, and made me feel at ease with making such a large commitment. I will recommend them to everyone!
