  We just refinanced our house and locked in a great rate! The whole process was really easy and they were not pushy. They are very conservative when giving estimates so nothing is a shock when going to settlement. The costs were much less than they initially estimated and we are very happy with the rate we got. They even made accommodations and had the settlement at our house so we didn't have to leave. I highly recommend!

  Leanne was amazing! We worked with her and her team to finance our home in South Philly. They made the entire process so easy and smooth! After one deal fell through, Leanne was right there to help us again when we were ready. She really went above and beyond, answering emails on vacation and at night, we couldn't ask for a better partner for our home buying process!

  I'm certain someone out there can sympathize with a first time home buyer. This was me about 3 months ago. My family has used Fairway for all of their mortgage needs so it only seemed reasonable that I use them myself. Not only did they get me the best rate possible and approved me for the loan I wanted but they provided the most outstanding service along the way. No question was dumb and I was NEVER bother to them. They were timely with their response and kept me informed every step of the process. I can't begin to explain to anyone how awesome this company is and how much I would recommend them to anyone!!! You are in good hands here with them, they have your best interest at heart. You will never wonder what's going on because they don't give you a moment to wonder as their communication is above all others. Thank you for making this journey much more tolerable and not seem so bad!!!
