  Poor management. Complained about the rug in the room coming off and the staples underneath being exposed and poking you if you stepped on it. 4yrs and nothing to be done until a child was hurt and with the threat of sending them the bill from the hospital they immediately solved the issue. No courtesy call either for letting you know your security deposit was available to pick up until you called and even if you cleaned up the place and painted the walls to look better they still say it was messy and take your money. Was told I could send an email stating why you think you should've gotten more back and nothing not even a response saying no.

  Company has been around the imperial beach area for many years. They are grounded with the people of the area and are a go to establishment when it comes to finding a home.

  Looking for a place to rent... They have a decent selection in the Chula Vista, national city and IB area. They sell homes of course and specialize in the same areas.

  They didn't have the tea ready that I wanted then when i got to the window they gave me the wrong sized drink.

  This company sucks!, bad commutation, poor management and very poor service. Stay Away!
