  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 0 STARS IF I COULD!! I CANT EVEN GET MY OWN MONEY. TELLER WAS VERY RUDE LAUGHING IN MY FACE. If you tell them your closing your account due to problems they won’t let you get your money out !!! I will never come here again worst bank in HOBBS NM!!!! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD BANK GO TO WELLS FARGO BANK!!!! Go open your account there…. Worst teller I’ve ever dealt with (MONIQUE) she is very unprofessional. THE BANK NEEDS MORE PROFESSIONAL TELLERS !!! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN…. WARNING TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! WELLS FARGO ALL THE WAY BEST BANK IN HOBBS NM!!!!!

  If you’re looking for a great banking experience go to Lea County State Bank. Their personal customer service, technology, and superior products place them far ahead of all the competition. I would put them up against any bank anywhere. They are much better than banks in larger cities. For personal and business accounts, bank with Lea County State Bank. You’ll be glad you did!

  If I could rate this bank a zero I would!! I had gone in to refinance my home only for them to lose my document and because they did so they told me they had to pull my credit again! On top of this they never call you to let you know what’s going on, I would have to call various times to see what was going on only for them to tell me either no one knew what was going on or to say no one has made progress within 2 weeks! I started off the process with Emily and I had 4 other people that had worked on my case. No one shows responsibility or organization (as can be seen since I don’t even know who had my case since it was passed around so much!) You have a better chance at monkeys getting the jobs done! NEVER EVER GO THROUGH THIS BANK!

  Absolutely worthless! Opened and account 3/19/20 two days ago. Was told my card would ready to use the next day. Here I am 2 days later unable to pay any of my bills. This bank was so quick to take my money though. There is no phone number to call in order to activate this completely worth card I was charged $5 for. Any phone number I find for this bank either doesn't work or is just to report the card lost or stolen. The online banking won't even load and the app doesn't recognize any official credentials. This has been a very unpleasant experience with Lea County State Bank. I will be closing this account first thing Monday morning. They don't need my business and I don't have any use for a service that fails to serve. If I could less than one star I would.

  This is the best bank ever. They treat you like family. We own 2 business and you can go thru any line they have they dont make you stay in one lane like other banks in Hobbs.

  This bank is crooked. They were coming up with fraudulent charges and when we caught on and called the bank manager to complain he became angry at my husband and closed our account.

  I open a account 2 years ago and my signature didn't match from thin..... till now ( well of course !!!! 2 YEARS!!!!!!) only thing they got is a coin machine and even thin got to deal with HATEFUL EMPLOYEES !!!!!!!.!.(( not the tellers but the ones who set up new accounts or help with your other accounts )))!.!.!.!.!.!. In other words they make you fill so small ...... closed my account at the end won't ever give them my money/business............

  Atm gave me back the incorrect account of change so I contacted customer service and within 3 or 4 days I had my money and an apology in the mail.
