Branch managers Sabrina and Jean were absolutely rude. When I first spoke with Sabrina she answered the phone all annoyed and acted like she didn’t want to answer my questions. She awkwardly than transferred me to Jean who than also was rude. People like this just shouldn’t be in these positions. Unprofessional and makes me want to take my business else where. I give you my money not the other way around.

Worst LCNB ever. So is New Paris branch. The branches in Cincinnati know quality customer service. This branch is HORRIBLE took ten min to deposit cash? Wth. Do better.
