  Layton is a fantastic loan agent. Very helpful, kind, and on-the-ball with requesting, explaining, and processing our paperwork and required updates. He also gave us an update every day on the status of our loan, which was much appreciated, and even contacted me before my first monthly mortgage payment was due to ask if I needed anything or had any questions. I also think that was a tactful and friendly nudge—a reminder that, hey, your payment is due soon—which I thought was going above and beyond; very good customer service. And he also got us an APR that was lower than or equal to the lowest rate I could find anywhere else online. I strongly recommend using him.

  Overall great experience, Layton was very helpful and helped me find different ways to the the refinance process done. Fast and everything was explained in the best way. Great team. Only recommendation you the team is keep track of the documents that the client sends so we don’t have to send them to different people working on the loan.   Layton is an exceptional loan officer! We are first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect.   Layton is very easy to work with and very attentive to the details of the home mortgage process. He and the other team members made the refinance process as hassle and pain free as possible with easy to follow instructions and online tools.   Layton saved us a ton of money on our mortgage with little to no cost on our part. Everything went quick and was easy to complete. Going through a lender our first time buying a house, I felt like every lender was trying to scam me and cheat me out of a good rate. I never felt that with Layton and knew that he was on my team.
