  As a retired Realtor, I know a lot of people in the profession. I chose to reach out to Mark many years after meeting him because he is not only a Realtor, but a lawyer / real estate attorney, who I thought might be just the person to assist my family. He expertly handled the documentation for our home sale. We already had our buyer; we needed advice, title information and documents. Mark worked well with our family estate attorney, and even when the first buyer fell through, Mark came through for us redoing all the documents for the terms of the new deal.   I was given Mark's name from a trusted family member. Mark explained many loan options and strategies and as a loan broker he works with so many lenders that he assured me he'd locate the right one for my needs. He set me up with a lender who obtained and handled my paperwork electronically, so after the initial conversation with him, I received my mortgage without having to reconnect and provide docs over & over. I was impressed when he drove to my home, on his own, to look it over and then commented on some items to better my inspection/appraisal. I took his advice and I know it saved me time and money and possible re-inspection costs. I believe he worked hard for me and it was appreciated. He was also flexible as to location and time for meeting; we closed at my house in the evening on my schedule, not his. Because he also is a lawyer and owns a real estate brokerage, he has a pretty vast knowledge of real estate matters all around. Thanks Mark, I will be glad to share your name with others.
