  This is literally the worst place ever. Rude and completely unprofessional front staff. Security people are better customer service associates than anyone that I have encountered at the counter by far. Stay away and don’t waste your time on stopping by this place. They have not once been helpful. Example of bad business who have staff and attitude that shows how very little they value & appreciate potential customers and local community support. (People who might need some empathy passed their way). Dismissive and outright rude. Don’t even bother.

  Best experience I've ever had at any pawn/loan store! Staff is friendly and try their best to help you get what you need. I have used them for the past 5+ yrs, wouldn't go anywhere else! They have the best loan rates in So. Cal. & the best options to feel safe paying interest to leave your things longer if needed. I looked around alot before leaving my sentimental jewelry with just any pawn/loan store who might be quick to sell my things if I couldn't pay ontime, Lawndale Jewelry & Loan has the longest grace periods to make your payments easy.   Purchased guitar amplifiers the one that has head and speaker separated connect with jack cable. after check to make sure it works I decided to pawned it there. But when I went to redeemed it they gave me only head amp and speaker, when I asked for cable to connect the head and speaker they wouldn't give it to me, said that it doesn't come with it.???

  They paid more then all the other pawn shops in the area, if you tell them the other offers that you have gotten, after they price you out, (if they were higher at other places), they will do their best to beat the competitors
