  My employer is older and needless to say, NOT computer savvy. In addition, he is a tough taskmaster. So, I am using my personal Google account to write a review about Laura Silva at American Pacific Mortgage in Encinitas California and give her a hearty 5 Stars+ review! I was surprised to hear how seamlessly Laura facilitated my Boss' home refinance, as well as the purchase of a new home in just a few weeks here in the Colorado. Her performance was seamless and absolutely perfect! (I'd image she is so popular in Cali.) Laura can do it all! Even though he's previously financed all his properties through Colorado lenders he heard about Laura and decided to take a chance working with her, even though out of state. Our boss bragged Laura up so much in the last 4 weeks that many of us plan on calling Encinitas Laura for our lending needs as well. Thanks for everything Laura; you're the best!!!   Laura was awesome the whole way through!! Helped me buy my first condo and helped guide me through every step of the escrow. She was able to meet all the requests the sellers and listing agent laid out, and was able to maneuver through some pending litigation involving the HOA of the complex that added some barriers to the escrow. Nevertheless she was able to get the mortgage approved and escrow closed and I couldn't be happier with the place! Would high recommend Laura if you're looking for a lender!
