  I am a member of aca and I have no complaint about the treatment; The only thing is that since all Latinos are not punctual, I waited more than an hour for an appointment that was scheduled days before and they never attended me at the expected time ... Their excuse is that because of COVID; if so, because they better not plan their schedule well. Very bad experience at this branch 👎🏻 DO NOT RECOMMEND…

  I thought it would be a bit difficult to access the cooperative's products and my first experience at the South Boulevard headquarters was not the best, but at this headquarters things turned out too well; JESUS, a Venezuelan advisor, definitely changed my perspective; He took the time to listen to me and understand my needs and then he offered me the products I needed and made my procedures in the cooperative too simple and when I need help, a call is enough for JESUS ​​to always give me that help and that EXCELLENT service, I wish I could give 10 stars to the cooperative and in particular to JESUS
