  My experience with Larry financing my house was great one.. It was a difficult time and not really knowing what to expect was the worst part. Larry made it pretty painless with his understanding and continued patience.. He was always available with any questions I had no matter what time of the day. I would recommend him to anyone.. for me it was a perfect fit! He has a great sense of humor and that’s a plus.

  We switched to Directors Mortgage after getting a bad feeling working with someone else that didn't seem like they could say no to us. Larry is a true professional and gave us no-nonsense input. His process was more thorough and we felt very secure by the time we were ready to make an offer. Directors Mortgage was very on the ball for us and we practically sailed through our closing. I am very glad we switched!

From the minute we said "this is what we're looking for, what can you do for us?" all the way to "we signed the closing docs!" he made sure all our questions were answered and kept us up to date throughout the process! He was communicative and didn’t beat around the bush about anything. He followed up with me in a timely manner for every step of the transaction. And when things went south with another lender on the client’s sale, he went above and beyond to ensure we got both transactions closed.   Larry worked diligently to get us the house of our dream. He was very thorough in the process but in a good way as he wants to dot every i’s and cross every t’s to ensure that we get approved. He also gave us expert advice from months ahead so when we are ready to make the purchase then there will be no issues. Very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Happy that i used him and his company .

  We are so grateful for all of the help that Larry Morris gave us in the process of buying our house. He guided us through every step without reservation. He was always kind and patient through our billions of phones calls and questions. ha ha, Seriously, there were many!! Because of Covid19 we had to do it all through the phone and computer for which he literally helped through each step! His savvy quick intelligence and wit got all the people we needed to get this whole process within a month's time with such a wonderful feeling that we forgot it was a difficult process. My husband is a Retired Vet and he also made THAT process easy for us which was incredible. He had an answer to every question we had and when he didn't, he got it immediately.
