  Landmark is great at what they do! The closing agent was thorough in explaining all of the documents to the buyers so they knew exactly what they were signing. Have always had a great experience with Landmark.

  Went to sign for our house refinance. Paperwork was explained/summarized by the agent as we went along the signing process. I made a couple of mistakes and she was quick to pull another copy so that I may sign them properly. Whole process took 15-20 minutes. Location can be a challenge to get out depending on the time of day.

  This place was amazing and made closing really smooth. When a party from the sellers side wasn't able to make it, they traveled all the way to him to get the papers signed. They were amazing! Highly recommend

  My closing was poorly executed and rife with lack of communication and improper disbursal of funds. This resulted in increased stress, necessitated in-person bank appearances (during the COVID lockdown), and ended with my funds held for over a week. Although I expressed my wishes for fund disbursal weeks prior to the closing date, none of my closing requests were honored. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with attempts to assign blame as opposed to finding solutions. I have bought/sold houses for years in many different regions and this was by far the worst experience I've had to date. Via their website contact form, I sent a specific summary of my issues to Landmark roughly two weeks prior to writing this review hoping to receive at least some response from them before I lambasted them in a public forum. As of this writing, I've still not heard from them.

  Most professional & easy to work with in the dayton & northern cincy area. Highly recommended! The whole team is friendly, accommodating & will go out of their way to make sure everything goes as it should during the closing process.

  Extremely helpful and kind staff. Made me feel like no question was a dumb one because I do not do this everyday and they do. Best title company in the Dayton area by far. I would recommend them to anyone a 100 times over.
