  FFB’s 1st Avenue Branch is top notch! They offer all of the services we need while keeping the small- town personal feel. Travis, Cheryl, Beverly and the E-Corp team not only provide excellent customer service, but they make it a point to know their customers. They are always quick to answer any questions and take care of all of our needs.

  We switched our business accounts to First Federal Bank and could not be happier. Beverly and Naomi are the best!! They always ask how things are going and ALWAYS ask how my daughter is doing. She also has an account at First Federal. Love going into the bank and seeing them. If you are looking for a new place to do your banking, I would highly recommend them.

  First federal is absolutely the best bank I’ve ever worked with. Family atmosphere, they all know me by name, know what I need before I even tell them, and bought myself and my wife gifts when we had our first child together. Best bank around hands down!

  Cheryl and Ken from the Commercial Team are AMAZING! Super helpful, always responsive, and very knowledgeable with all transactions. Beverly and staff at the teller desk are also a delight to work with. Wouldn't bank anywhere else!

  This is the best bank to be with especially the people that work there. I have tried several banks over my 45 years here and this is the best. When things got shut down this branch went up and above helping me to keep my business open. Thank you
