  Went to put my check through on the online banking app to hopefully save myself some time. What they don't tell you on there is that they will take 3-4 days with it pending and then they will only give you a few hundred of your check and put the rest on hold for a while longer until they can verify it and the check goes through. Would've been nice to have had a discretion on there to let everyone know ahead of time. Definitely switching banks because there's always something wrong with this one.

  This is the slowest bank I've ever been to! Literally took 10 minutes just to get a roll of quarters. If you go to the drive thru, make sure you're not in a rush, because the tellers sure aren't!!

  Can’t ever speak to someone on the phone; but once you’re in their building, no one’s on the phone. Frustrated that I haven’t been able to access my online account in YEARS cause they don’t answer the phone and I never get an email about my account info when I hit “forgot username.” Ridiculous customer service 🖕🏻

  I haven't had any of the negative experience's others speak of. Nice employees, and drive through is relatively quick.

  I called in to inquire about their services and was put on hold for 83 minutes. So decided to physically go to their location when the teller informed me that wait times can be as long as 23 hours. Plus, they post vaccine mandates on their front door. An easy process of elimination in choosing where to do business. God bless America where at least I know I' m free.

  Have money in another Landmark Credit Union and want to transfer where we live now, Tried to call several times and all calls go into a central number. Wait time is 20-30 minutes to speak to a real person. Lobby still not open. Most other banks are open to walk in traffic. I have never had a financial institution where it is so difficult to do business where we have our money in. Had to do a money wire a while ago and the service was a disaster even with an appointment. Will be considering moving our money to another bank.

  Our branch lobbies are available for teller transactions with capacity limits. You may be placed on a waitlist, and you can wait comfortably in your vehicle until we’re ready to serve you inside.

  Worst banking experience ever. Applied online and deposited $500 into the application to start. I waited; thursday, friday, saturday, sunday, and then my application was denied on monday. And on top of the denial, their just holding my $500 for an additional 3 days for no reason. Instantly placed a hold on my account, but takes 3 days to release it? What garbage.

  Unfortunately, your application did not meet the specific criteria for opening a Landmark account. Since you used Mastercard for the initial deposit, these funds were held by Mastercard rather than Landmark prior to being returned to you.   Best bank ever been with them for over 6 years and no problems yet. Left TCF which had horrible customer service I even closed my account with no id given! Def would prefer landmark over most banks!

  Terrible customer service here. Your mobile deposit policy is ridiculous and useless. Drove 40 miles to give you a paper check and still could not make the money available in our account right away. Not enough locations to be convenient for us. Will be taking our money and switching to a different credit union

  I really enjoy banking here....their staff is always friendly
