      My son accidentally entered the wrong account number while attempting to make his car payment. The Branch Manager Stephanie refused to help him and allowed the money to stay in the wrong account. Pretty much told him too bad. Very unprofessional, and she does not respond to emails. I bet if my son was a white person who made the same mistake, the mistake would have been corrected. Avoid doing business Landmark, especially this branch!

      The employees here are so AMAZING! They are so friendly. I was there for a couple of questions regarding my current loan and I was only there for a couple of minutes and when the two employees who worked with me finished, I finally was able to understand everything. I love working with this Credit Union and I highly recommend them.

      The worst credit union to take a loan terrible and rude customer service long waiting period for service representative I will never do business with them again.. I will go with more reputable bigger companies

      The kid Antonio is a thief, make sure you tell them the exact denominations or he will pocket your cash. I will be moving my business elsewhere.
