      I have been in real estate for 24 years, most of those as a broker. The staff at Land Title in Montrose is second to none. Their research, communication and service are excellent and closings are flawless. Real estate can be a tough and demanding business and I know of several deals....both my own and other brokers'....which might not have come together without their help and accommodation.       Unfortunately they got the legal description of the land incorrect and the County thank God informed me . There were other discrepancies as well to much to go into . . I would choose another agency.
