  Eric and his team worked with my husband and I for well over a year to help us get our finances in order to build our first home. They have gone above and beyond during our home building process. Eric was honest and upfront about everything we would have to go through when closing. And when the time came for us to prepare to close he noticed that we could get a better rate if we tried for a USDA loan but we would have to wait to close a little bit longer. Most mortgage lenders would have been happy to just have their clients approved. But Eric put our best interest first and knew that if we waited just a little bit longer that we could save money on our mortgage. And then at closing he really showed how much he cared, he didnt have to be at our closing, but he sat across from us for the whole thing and helped explain things that we didnt really understand. Eric and his team are THE best. We have already recommended him to a few friends and family. We will never work with anyone else!

  Kevin helped to make home buying possible for me. There were several things that were not typical about my process and Kevin put in a lot of time to find creative ways to get things done. He was always in contact with me about the next step and was even available after normal working hours and on weekends. I couldn't have gotten this done without him and I am very grateful for his patience and commitment.
