  I had a serious problem. I had a contract on a house, was pre-approved by another lender and everything, but because of several issues I wasn't able to meet one of the requirements. So, I was about to lose the contract on the house. Lana stepped in and did a really great job. She had access to programs that my other lender didn't have. Because of her work we got our clear to close by the required date and closing went perfectly well. Well, to be honest, closing went way better than expected. My wife and kids and I are now living in this home and loving it so much. We have Lana to thank. Lana, thank you so much. I hope you are able to rescue many others like you did for us.   The very best loan officer I have ever worked with! Knowledgeable, has programs other companies don’t, works her tail off for her clients, is professional and courteous the entire process, and gets it done. I worked in this industry years ago- I understand what has to be done and when a broker is going above and beyond. Lana and her entire team at LHF are top knot from start to finish. No scenario is too difficult, no question left unanswered, and she made herself available to me at all times. I experienced a level of professionalism and care that I couldn’t have expected. She even came to my closing and remained the entire time, there to shuffle thru any last minute questions. She has created a great team down to her loan processor Sharon, her attorney Vince, and even insurance carrier. This simply does not happen with other brokers. I can’t thank her enough!!!
