  The experience was hard and long, but Tony walk us through the process and made it painless. The closing was less the 90 minutes. I would recommend Tony to anyone needing financing.   I had the absolute best experience! First, I would like to say shopping for a home in a sellers market was nothing short of miraculous! Tony worked with me to refinance my income property (townhouse) as well as purchasing my new home! I did not have much experience with buying or refinancing a home, but Tony took the time to explain the process of refinancing, in addition to purchasing a home from start to finish! He gave different scenarios, to determine which would work best for me! He held my hand through the process! Even after my frustration with the intense let downs, bidding wars, and potential barriers, he kept encouraging me! He would say something funny that would lift my spirits and made me believe that it would be fine, it would just take a little mire time! He had a personal touch that most lenders don’t possess! I am so glad he was referred to me by my real estate agent, I would use him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Tony Costabile Jr. For making my home owning dreams come true! You are the BEST!!!!

  This lender preapproved a mortgage for the buyer of our home. After we entered into a contract to sell the home is when the nightmare began! The same week as the scheduled closing the lender delayed the closing because they suddenly needed more details. Not rare to have a closing delayed, but rare that it's so close to the actual closing date! Ultimately this lender delayed the closing several more times because they kept going back to the buyer with new requests and requirements resulting in over a 2 month delay on the sale of the home. Which meant 2 more months we had to pay our mortgage, insurance, and utilities. And 2 months the buyers weren't able to take possession of their new home. I do not recommend this company to provide a preapproval nor to provide timely service in closing the deal. If you are a buyer, steer clear. If you are a seller, do not accept a preapproval from this place! They were full of apologies, but in the end that only took money and time out of my pocket.
