  IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS REVIEW, I WOULD. ALTHOUGH I AM NOT A CLIENT, THE INDIVIDUAL WHO IS BUYING MY HOUSE IS, AND THE HAVE DELAYED CLOSING ALMOST 3 WEEKS DUE TO SHEER INCOMPETENCE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF ATTENTION GIVEN TO SUCH AN IMPORTANT TRANSACTION.

  If you’re a buyer and your realtor recommends this lender, run. If you’re a seller and your buyer is using this lender, run. I was the latter. After FIVE extensions we still closed a day late, nearly 2 months after the original closing date (July 10, closed on September 1st). The entire time, we were lied to over and over again by this lender. The same excuse and empty promise that they ‘just need another week’ and guaranteeing settlement and totally failing to perform when time was up. The incompetence goes all the way up, as we tried to contact the corporate office and find out who the sales manager reports to, we were confronted with rude attitudes and a refusal to give us a number. Even though they finally came through, in my eyes they still failed their client. They certainly failed me.
