  I get we have opinions about Covid, but as someone who is supposed to represent you on a federal level breaking a mandate makes the business legitimacy questionable. Hassan was 25 minutes late for my appointment, and then proclaimed unprompted that they do not wear masks in the office. I asked if they were vaccinated and he continued to proclaim that they refuse to wear masks. I did not feel comfortable and he said he would send everything over email, but never did.

  I’m sorry Mark that I hurt your feelings regarding vaccine and masks. However mandates are not laws and as a business owner we have the right to regulate our internal office regulations that suits our best interests.   Hassan is the best. Smart, dedicated, and helpful. He knows the tax code inside and out and works with you to ensure your return is optimized. Hassan explains everything and answers all of my questions and is very personable. He takes all of my calls and helps me every time I have needed it.

  This past year I graduated college and moved cross country with limited knowledge on how to file my taxes. This would be the first year I would be filing on my own and I was totally lost. I came to Lakeshore Accounting & Tax Services to do my personal taxes for 2017 and Hassan is, without a doubt, the best. I had worked in two states, had multiple forms for my school, and Hassan was able to walk through everything with me. The office staff is so friendly, very helpful, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I will be going here for all my tax needs.

  Fast, efficient, no hassle, fantastic customer service! SAM has always been very helpful. Love the convenience that’s offered. The online signature was very convenient and saved me a trip to the office , I recommend everyone to go there !

  ScoreCard: A+ 😃😃😃Got my taxes done quickly and fast! The building looks brand new. I convinced my colleagues to get his taxes done here (using HR block since 2006) and Hassan was able to go back 3 years and fix his taxes and save him $$$$. I strongly recommend anyone looking for maximum refund to come and see Lakeshore Accounting 💰💰💰

  Definitely did not get me as much as they could have gotten two times in a row not very impressed at all. Got almost 2000 more from the free h and r app
