      While I don't use the drive threw so I can not speak to the service there, there is never a wait when I go inside and the experience is always fast and friendly. Coin machine to count loose coins for you as well. Love this bank!!

      I went into Lake Lansing branch to close my account today. And the person helping me close it is lacking in the customer service department. She was very condescending from beginning to end of the process. Which proved even more why I needed to change credit unions!

      I have waited in the drive thru the last two Saturdays for more then 15 minutes before even being greeted. No one has said I’ll be right with you, or hold on.

      I believe it would be more helpful for at least one evening that the bank stay open until 6:00 pm or 6:30. Alot of us cannot get to the bank during rush hour traffic at 5:00 pm.
