ebeeze8241This credit union is a joke. I've been banking with them over 20yrs. I have never qualified for any of their programs for cars, mortgage, cards or anything one would get for being a long-term customer. I have fairly good credit history and make a nice salary. At this point I'm starting to believe that I'm not their target audience for other reasons because I look good financially.

a5I can’t say enough about the customer service I received from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Shanon (receptionist) with a smile and a excellent greeting. When I got to the counter Amanda (Banker/teller) was smiling and gave me such a warm welcoming smile...ear to ear. She walked me through my options and was very prompt and professional. I would definitely continue all of my financial needs through CASE on West RD. Go Team!!!

Jim Berridge1This credit union is a joke and it's time for me and my family to take our business someplace else after 22 years with CASE. It was a good credit union when we joined. The Lake Lansing branch has 4 or 5 drive through lanes but they do not have someone posted there ever. I got in line at the drive through on 7/9/2018 at 5:41 PM behind two other cars. Only 1 of the lanes was open. I pulled up at 5:48 pm and sent in canister with my deposit. At 6:02 pm I hit the call button and a lady comes and says this canister just dropped and we are closed. I said that canister has been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. She took the canister and then returned quickly and sent it back out and said sorry all drawers are closed and we can not process your transaction. Mind you there was another car behind me yet that had pulled up around 5:45 pm. What horrible customer service. Who is the idiot that decided on the policy to not have the drive through lanes assigned a teller? This is just one of many poor customer service experiences I have had and this is the final one. They deposited 7k in cash into someone else's account one time when I went to this branch.

Courtney Paige1This location is TERRIBLE. They only have one teller working past 4:30 during the week so by the time you get to the front of the line, they have very little time to help you. I’m always greeted unprofessionally by the same teller (Alexandra) and she always looks at me with a dirty look and says “yeah can i help you?” I went to see if i could get a new loan on a new vehicle i will be purchasing, and she told me “we only have ten minutes” instead of being polite and helping me. When i politely declined the loan she rudely asked “why?” And when i gave her my reasons she stated Rudely “well just so you know their interest is way higher etc etc” she also belittled me by what was on my credit report. I’ve banked with this credit union for years but this teller just ruined my entire experience of ever wanting to come back again.

Darb Love1I experienced terrible customer service at the Lake Lansing branch today. After sitting in drive-thru banking for over 15 minutes without any service, I gave the branch a call and asked EXTREMELY politely to be helped. About 3 minutes later, a very angry teller, Alexandra, came to the microphone to say that she saw me sitting in the drive thru however she didn’t assist me because she was unsure that I needed to be served since “it’s a call button that wasn’t hit or the casing wasn’t sent over” once I explained that I did not see a call button or couldn’t send anything over since I first needed a withdrawal slip, she yelled at me again that it’s a call button. After I told her that I wasn’t upset & was confused by her attitude, she continued to throw the slip into the container & slam it into the sender. Even my friend, a non case member, was appalled by her truly uncalled for behavior.

Taylor Barnes1If only I could give this place zero stars to truly show my frustration, I would. First time getting a car loan, no problem, great interest rate. Second time, what a piece of work this has been. I have called multiple times and gotten different answers. Nothing has been easy. 1. Didn't think to tell me they needed a paper for the car title. Called them to see what to do because they sent me a letter in the mail stating my interest rate would go up if they did not receive the document. Come to find out they already had the document. 2. I have called multiple times trying to get payments set up for my new loan. They told me they were set up correctly and then nothing was pulled from my account the first time. Called again, I was told I needed to fill out a form. Then was told they were set up correctly, come to the next month MY OLD CAR PAYMENT WAS PULLED FROM MY ACCOUNT. That account has been closed since February, it is now April. Since there is always a wait on the phones (probably because everyone has issues) I tried to chat online. Was told the form wasn't processed for automatic payments and to get online and pay case and set it up by myself. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS CREDIT UNION FOR A CAR LOAN AGAIN. Please go else where that will make it easy for you. This process has been a hassle.
