  I usually don't make reviews but this bank is pretty good. Really I just wanted to say the service is kinda bad at most the Howell locations but I just for off the phone with a nice man named Noah. Lake Trust you need to appreciate this man he even took the time to call me back and give me updates about my account today when I needed help. He did not have to do that but I appreciate it cause I'm trying to move right now and things are urgent. Thank you Noah I hope you get a raise ❤

  This Credit Union is a joke. I highly regret even thinking about becoming a member to this so called "Credit Union". I have had nothing but issues within the first month of being a member to this joke of a Credit Union. I would never refer a family or friend to this horrible financial institution and they are nothing but a money grab. You'd be better off going to another Credit Union which actually runs like a Credit Union is supposed to. If I could give negative stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

  We love this bank but we have to say that all the women we have had to deal with in this particular bank are the rudest and most patronizing woman ever. My husband first experience this on a few different occasions and today I witnessed it myself. It's truly unfortunate that these woman work in customer service! We will have to go to a different location!

  I opened my account and the service rep was very helpful I would give this credit union 5 stars for customer service

  Not sure why I'm still a customer... I have tried to get money out for past two days from the Howell location with no success. Yesterday the atm wasn't working and today I went in on my lunch hour waited my turn just to have the teller put up her closed sign. Thanks for help me decide to find a new bank.

  I started my account at the Brighton branch and to say the least the Howell location is 1000 times better and they ACTUALLY pick up their phones and help you!!! Never going back to the Brighton location ever again!

  Do not join this credit union and your money appears and then disappears and comes out of your account twice there’s scammers
