  We have used Lake Mortgage twice while purchasing our homes. Their service is excellent, helpful and friendly! I’ve had direct open communication with Michael throughout the entire process of each of our loan applications, and he has been a tremendous help making everything go smoothly. Recently, by using their loan application app we were able to quickly and efficiently receive and sign all necessary documents. This helped make it possible to close on our new home much earlier than planned. I highly recommend Lake Mortgage whether you are a first time buyer or making an upgrade from your current home. Very pleasant lender to work with!

  We have had home loans with Lake mortgage for over 30 years. I love that they are local. If I have a question, want to pay in person or drop off information they are right here in my home area. Sean Conley has helped us each time and made the loan process go smoothly. I highly recommend Lake Mortgage.

  Very efficient, professional, and great to work with! Carol Hassler is the best loan officer I have ever dealt with. She is wonderful. She makes sure things get done right away. You will not be disappointed with working with Lake mortgage. They are the best.

  My experience with Lake Mortgage was pleasant. Carol Hasler was awesome to work with. She knows her stuff and if she didn't she'd find out for you. They keep you in the loop every step of the way of closing on your house and they send you all the documentation as well. I give Carol a 5 star and her team for doing an awesome job.

  Came here 5yrs ago as a first time home buyer and here I am back again just closed on my refinance. The process was smooth & the service was excellent from beginning to end. My loan officer Mike Conley was terrific and so was Corina my mortgage loan closer..Any questions I had they answered. Happy to have done great business again with Lake Mortgage. I would give 10stars if I could

  My personal experience with Lake Mortgage was perfection. Sean Conley was 100% upfront, honest, helpful, informative and there was never any issues or undisclosed information.
