      Poor customer service at the drive thru today. I thought the tellers job was to service customers needs and having a direct deposit pending of 1k on my account was not enough for her to get me a check so I was told I needed to deposit more. Cars lined up out of the bank parking lot. I’ve never been told this before or had any problems. It’s seems tho it’s time to start banking with a new company.

      The tellers are incompetent, and lazy at this location, and do not understand simple instructions. More than once my money was deposited into another person's account. Very unfriendly environment.

      Operates like a bank with policies of a bank. Uses the credit Union handle to manipulate consumers. Anti consumer policies plague this place and a clear catering for wealthy businesses/customers. Help often is not fully educated on banks policies and regulations, they will easily argue and fight on the live chat. Their overdraft policy alone is the most anti consumer policy in all of credit unions, that’s them charging MEMBERS like bank customers. Also ignore their advice on overdraft protection since they always conveniently don’t mention ACH policies in regards to overdraft. Bank masquerading as a Credit Union. Bet someone will respond with “industry standard policies “

      Applied for membership, instant hard pull on my credit report. They do not make any effort to tell you this while you're applying. Called to figure out why they pulled my credit, was treated very poorly by whoever I spoke with. I'll take the credit hit and take my money elsewhere.

      Love the account perks and the policies. Unfortunately its turned into a 30 minute debacle everytime I go in to this location. I've spent entire lunch breaks just waiting in line and had to leave without being helped before. This has to be one of the busiest locations in the state, being right next to Spectrum, maybe more support staff is necessary... There does seem to be plenty of people standing around on a lot of occasions. I saw at least 9 employees today. Two of which were working with guests at the counter, with 8 people waiting in line. Very frustrating. I expect service like that from McDonalds across the street, not LMCU.
