  We have been members of this CU for over 20 years. Each time I am greeted by a teller knowing my name when I go inside. The online services are easy and great. Thanks for awesome service year after year, Thumbs up!

  Paid my vehicle off October 2016. Have asked three times for a release of lein and every time they said "we will get that sent right out to you". Nine months later, still no release of lein letter.

  WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. Called 3 times within a 30 mins span and not one person was available. Seriously? When someone finally picked up they transferred me to another person which rung for about 5 mins without no one picking up. So i just hung up.

  This band is horrible u deposit money into there atm to be deposited just to have them not put it in your account till 3 or 4 days after then when u go to make a payment the money isn't in there and they hit you with a non suffient funds and a overdrafts fee when's it's there fault.. we will be closing our account very soon..
