  I honestly thought all credit unions are co-op so you can withdraw at the atms with no fee....False. Its clear how they have been getting so big charging so many small fees.

  I recently closed on my first mortgage with Jolt Credit Union. The entire mortgage team from the VP of lending on down need a refresher course on customer service. They were rude, uncaring, and very impatient with me to a point I was afraid to ask questions. I would have went with another lending institution, but I was concerned about having my credit checked to many times. The one saving grace through this process was Nicole C. she was outstanding. She was nice, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was stupid.

  Auto loan process was AMAZING!!! This process was seamless & absolutely easy! Thank you Oona & Bekah for handling this all via email, made it so easy for my husband and I to handle together and very smooth. Your quick response time was appreciated times 1000! Thank you Jolt team!

  I've been banking with Catholic Federal/Jolt for over 10 years and I am finally closing my account because I've had enough of their poor customer service. When their own employees fail to do their job correctly and don't have me fill out a form and the issue happens again, I am stuck paying multiple fees. Apparently they would rather make an extra buck in fees than have a customer. Fine by me I will be banking elsewhere and suggest you save yourself the headache of working with these people and do the same.

  Jolt is a top notch bank. All the employees are most courteous and helpful. They also have an ice cream cart available to all who bank there. Jolt, save more & live better.

  Friendly tellers but horrible bank. I never have as many issues with my Independent Bank account as I do with my Jolt. Just save yourself a headache and do your banking somewhere else. You'll eventually just end up closing your account like I did.

  We have belonged to this credit union since the very first day they opened and over all these years this credit union has treated us with FANTASTIC services!!! Everyone has always showed us alot of love! I highly recommend them!! I never received this kind of care from any bank!!!! Jodi and Ken Fleischman

  I've been here almost 20 years and this bank will never give you anything and when you dispute one time something they won't even back you up and blame you saying if you had a credit card we would be able to help you. I'll take my money and business elsewhere!

  Overcharged me for insurance I already carried on my 5th wheel with no notification. Took over a month to get my $ back, no apology, called and complained several times. Felt taken advantage of and switched my 5th wheel loan to a better credit union, will never do business with them again and do not recommend!
