Mike Mireles1NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!! Dread going in here. We get hassled by the security guard every time.TAKE YOUR HAT OFF, DO THIS, DO THAT. We're not in a courthouse. I understand stuff happens and idiots rob banks but we had an account there. Staff is rude and I feel uneasy here. Don't go to this location. For this reason I will cancel my account and go to a friendlier environment

Aaron Lyerla1Very poor customer service, we have an account with them and to get the statement for our account they wanna charge us 5 bucks a page with 30 pages needed for our own statements on our account with them. Seriously plenty or other good credit unions to work with! Go else where

hardtek5173I had a business account with case and was very unhappy with their business services. Look I know it's a smaller credit union but don't advertise services that are no longer available. That's just false advertising. I transferred a balance of almost 600k to them and they held checks for absurd amounts of time, and being in the business I am (landscaping) I need those funds available for materials etc. I have been a client for several years but have just been fed up with the absolute unprofessionalism of their tellers and lack of business support that I transferred my balance and closed my account. Thank god I didn't have a personal account with them.

Karl glarner jr1Wow, had an experience today. Got yelled at and insulted by a customer service person at the Penn. branch when I went in to ask about the no hat policy. Does everybody know you can no longer wear a hat in CASE? Unless of course you are a Sikh, or Jew or other hat wearing religious type. Perhaps cops in uniform as well. Sorry chemo patients, hope your not embarrassed easily. Well, before they start strip searches, I will be moving my accounts (of 28 years) to another bank.

Susan Newton1Every since the virus they cut back their hours and only offer drive thru. Several times the ATM was out of money on a day when the drive thru is packed and closez early. Not the same as it once was.

Tee Bee1I've never had more issues with a bank. Wrong account number on checks, wrong number on credit cards, they cashed a check well after 90 days (even though it has clear void language), online services go down often. It's really a joke.

Ashley Seifert1Honestly. When I transfer my rent money to savings I am doing a good thing so I don't spend it... But then CASE decides the first of the month, they are going to update their websites and apps.... So I call and see if someone can transfer the money back to checking for me, apparently nobody at the bank has access either... seriously? Lucky for them I am also a customer at another institution otherwise I wouldnt be able to pay my rent on time. Seems a little insane to have no working way to access peoples accounts during the week. Perhaps you should do all of this on a sunday. I will now be taking all of my money out of CASE and closing my account. Thanks CASE, you have lost of business.

Evelyn5I often use the CASECU Pennsylvania branch. The staff has always been very helpful, and cordial as I do my business. When I need to speak with a customer service representative, they get to me in a short time, are very professional in dealing with my financial questions, I see that other reviewers leave a poor review.....I’ve never experienced this in 30 years of using the Pennsylvania CASECU. Kelly Mireles1Worst bank ever. Always rude. Never enough staff. The security guard can wear a hat but tells you to remove yours. They've never got an answer and no one calls back of you call them asking questions. Once my loans paid off bye bye

Pfeiffer Rhys2This is the SLOWEST place I’ve ever been to. I’ve seen grandmas in nursing homes with more hustle than these tellers. Maybe put an espresso machine in the lobby or something.
