      They finally got an atm that works... but why is the door locked? I work in the service industry I get off of work late..I have a lot of cash that I want to deposit but this card isn't accepted at other atms and I go to lafayette and there door won't open for me..

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The door to the branch vestibule, in which our ATM is located, is locked at 4:30 p.m. each afternoon due to safety and security considerations.       This far, this has been the worst bank that I have ever banked with. Outside of being insulted by members of the Columbia Heights location when trying to have a situation rectified, I was hung up on multiple times. When the same woman answered the phone after offering an option on the prior call, she was exceptionally rude. Manager of the location Robert Streets condescendingly laughed at my plight before fixing the issue. This ordeal consumed the greater part of 3 hours. On today 4/17/2019 I contacted the bank to rectify a hold that had been placed on my account and after being hung up on twice and being transferred to over 5 “specialists” I finally was able to have the gold lifted from my card. This ordeal began around 2:30 and was finally rectified at 4:47. Hands down this is the most incompetent banking provider that I have ever patronized and I do not advise anyone to entrust them to your finances. It will be a regrettable experience to say the least. Prepare for significantly aggravation and to be belittled by the staff.

      Flor was professional and friendly. It wasn't a hyper corporate environment like a lot of banks. I felt like I was at my friendly neighborhood credit union!
