Edited: I have never had so many bad experiences with a bank but I will say after reaching out to the managers and getting on the phone with customer service they made everything right. I maintained my business with them and will continue to do so. Thank you for fixing the problems!

I have been a member of this over 30 years. I have tried to make a automated payment on line. However I am told the information I'm giving is not the same as info you have. I have gone in to the 409 3rd street DC. I thought this problem was solved. No one will help me by phone. They give numbers to more people who can't help me. I am only trying to make a credit card payment. This is Ridiculous! I don't have time to keep going into your office. Someone needs to tell me what is different so that no can correct it. I running around in circles. Totally disgusted!
