      I have been banking with Lafayette for over 10 years and have been very happy. This week I needed some documentation ASAP after a miscommunication and Lafayette came through.       The staff was very friendly and helpful. I worked with a member in Rockville and had everything transferred to Crystal City which was closer to my home. By the time I got there they had everything I needed to close out the refinance I worked on. I would definitely recommend them as they gave me a GREAT rate and helped make the process seamless.

      I always get excellent customer service when I come in. I'm always greeted at the door and then when I leave. I've been a member now for about 3 years and no plans on switching .Try them folks, you wont regret it.
