  If your looking for someone who will be there for you and available morning , noon and night, Chasity and her team are who your looking for. She was always there to listen and give us hope when I thought all was lost. Living in another state and dealing with a crazy market, Chasity made it so easy for us. Her team was knowledgeable in the VA loan process and was always a step ahead. How many can say they were fully underwritten and cleared to close in the same day?!!!   Words can’t even describe how amazing Chasity and her team are.   I bought my home in 2014. my realtor had advised me to use La lending. My experience was with Chasity Graff , information and great advice thought out the whole process was amazing from her as my lender. I felt that she worked hard for us to get us the best ways to help us ease our burdens and save us money at every step of closing on our first owned home. Recently I found that interest rates were at their lowest in February.. I immediately called la lending to refinance my original loan. I gained equity in my home since 2014. She immediately looked into everything and not only lowered my interest rates and eliminated the PMI as well as lowed my closing cost from different areas of her experience. She was honest and made us feel like family from the first purchase. I can’t tell you how much she is a valuable broker for anyone looking to buy a home. Her entire team helped with my documents that I needed to gather together. Chastity got me the lowest title company in my area for our convenience. Fleur De Lis title company was awesome as well , ms Tiffany Hanna here in Hammond Louisiana said, wow, I haven’t seen a lower closing cost come through our office in a long time. I’m so happy I didn’t hesitate to call her office immediately. My mortgage company is also great to work with. United wholesale mortgage company is better then any others. I now can pay extra principal payments each year. My advice to anyone who reads up on reviews!! Don’t pass up La lending Llc Ms chastity Graff is honest and can and will save u your hard earned money.
